How we initiated and resolved the project

The challenge was scope: heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and FM contracts under one roof — and the site had to organize that variety without overwhelming a visitor who just needs one thing fixed.

Split services into two hubs — core HVAC Services and Facilities Management — so commercial buyers and homeowners each land in the right section immediately.
2. Accreditations in the Trust Bar:
Gas Safe, CHAS, and Refcom logos sit in a trust bar — because compliance credentials are non-negotiable in regulated trades.
3. Emergency Call-Out Visibility:
A dedicated 24/7 Emergency Call-Out section gives urgent failures clear, prominent placement — not a buried mention — since that drives major conversions.
4. FM Services for Property Managers:
Facilities Management is structured into eight specific services (PPM, Reactive Maintenance, Compliance Testing, Multi-Site Contracts) for property managers evaluating a vendor relationship.
5. Real Project Evidence:
A Projects section with completed work types builds credibility through demonstrated experience rather than claims.
