How we initiated and resolved the project
Project Tani is a gamified wellness app still in development. The site had one job: convince investors, developers, and ambassadors to join before a live product existed — a harder sell than a typical product site.
1. Character and Mission Front and Centre:
Opened with the brand mascot and mission statement, giving the brand personality immediately instead of leading with dry startup language.
2. Five-Phase Roadmap:
Foundation, Community, Monetization, Innovation, and Global Reach are structured into a clear visual timeline — so investors see exactly where their involvement fits.
3. Key Metrics Section:
DAU/MAU, engagement, and revenue targets give investors the concrete numbers they expect before committing.
4. Dual CTAs by Audience:
Separate CTAs for investors and developers sit near the close, since these audiences need different next steps — not one generic contact form.
5. Transparent Monetization:
Subscription tiers and in-app purchases are laid out plainly, showing investors this has a real revenue model — not just an idea.
